Link Colors

Background

Sometime when you are designing a web page you will spend hours deciding on the style of the page, fonts, colors, etc.. Part of the consideration needs to be on what color the hyperlinks should be. These attributes are easy to change. There are three attributes that cover link colors and they are contained within the <body> tag. Here's what it looks like in use:

alink = An active link, one that is being actively clicked.

vlink = A link that has been visited.

link - A link that has not been visited and is not being "clicked".
